Commissions
1) Nothing can be fixed after a piece is finished
2) I take 100% of the payment upon finishing
3) Do not use my art for malicious purposes.
^{This includes any NFTs, crypto, training any generative, non generative AI or blockchain-related technology.}
4) I am a MINOR
^{Do not send anything w/detailed nudity, male or female private parts, etc.}
5) I have every right to cancel or refuse a commission.
6) Do not try to abuse loopholes, this will result in you being blacklisted.
7) Unless I say otherwise, credit me for my art.
8) You must send a clear reference.
^{if there’s a detail not visible in the reference you must state so, else don’t expect me to add it.}
9) DEPENDING ON COMMUNICATION I can take up to 3weeks to finish a commission.
^{This means if you take a long time to confirm I can move on/no errors or changes I will take a long time finishing your commission.}
10) I will delete the commission file a week after commission is finished
^{I will not provide another file after a week of finishing.}
11) I will issue a refund if I cancel.
Designs
1) I do not take responsibility for whatever the new owner does with the design.
2) I have every right to refuse & cancel service.
3) I do not wish to be affiliated with certain designs if it's used for NSFW or illegal activities.
4) I do not wish to affiliate with anyone who is considered problematic

5) I'd wish to be credited for my designs unless said otherwise.

6) Buyer can use any bought designs for Personal or Commercial use.

8) No refunds after the sketch.

Extra Notes
1) I will not issue refunds to any Gacha/Mystery characters.
^{By purchasing mystery/Gacha characters you are accepting you have a chance to not get the one you want.}
2) Adopt Scalpers are automatically blacklisted.
^{People who buy adopts just to resell at an EXTREMELY high price.}
3) I will not re-do or refund finished commissions
^{I will ask if you want changes, fixes, and if I can continue. If you dislike your commission that is on you in the end.}
